Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent/State. Perused the material on record. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions dated 28.07.2025 issued by the Inspector of Police, Parawada Police Station, Anakapalli District, would submit that no further orders are necessary in this case and this case may be disposed of. 4. In that view, as per the written instructions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Police shall follow due process of law regarding the cases if any registered against the Petitioner.
