Heard Mr. Aditya Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Soumya Rai, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for respondent No. 1/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon’ble Court in exercise of its inherent powers under Sections 528 of the BNSS may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the FIR date 24.02.2025 bearing No. 0194 of 2025 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Bilaspur, C.G. under Section 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 (Annexure P/1) and the entire consequential criminal proceedings against the petitioners, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have moved the anticipatory bail application before the learned trial Court, which was rejected by the learned trial Court, therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to 3 file anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the BNSS before this Court. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for. 6.
