[2] By the present petition, the petitioner challenges the cancellation of 20 years term of license for running of the public toilet and there is interim order operating against the impugned order of cancellation of the license given to the petitioner. [3] It is submitted that the 20 years term of license is expired on 06.12.2025 and in the circumstances, the cause of the writ petition does not survive. [4] Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned GA admits that the 20 years term of license given to the petitioner has already been expired on 06.12.2025. [5] Recording the submissions made at the bar and considering the subsequent event of the maturity of 20 years tenure of license granted to the petitioner, the cause of the writ petition does not survive.
