The Court made the following
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue Writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of Respondent No.3 in interfering with life and liberty of the petitioners and repeatedly calling the petitioners to the police station to settle the civil dispute with 5th respondent with regard to the land admeasuring an extent of Ac.4.171 cents situated in survey No.428, bearing LP No.1209 of Rekulakunta Village, B Mattam Mandal, Kadapa District and threatening to implicate in false cases, as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and violative of principles of natural justice and rights guaranteed under Art 21 of constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to call the petitioners to the police station and not to harass the petitioners and to pass such other order or orders..”
2. Heard Sri V.Sreenivasa Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home representing the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that no crime has been registered against the petitioners; it is only a civil dispute between the petitioners and unofficial respondent. The Police are calling the petitioners to the Police Station and interfering in the civil matter, and a direction may be given not to call the petitioners to the Police Station.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the 3rd and 4th respondents are directed not to call the petitioners to the Police

Station in the absence of registration of any crime against them. The Police are further directed to follow the procedure according to law. No order as to costs.
