The present application under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 41603 of 2024, (State Vs. Fardeen and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 41603 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 307, 325 of I.P.C., Police Station- Chandpur, District- Bijnor, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 16.11.2024 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnor. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a xerox thereof.
