Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation (Annexure P-1) before Respondent No. 7 SDO, Raigarh seeking compensation stating that high-tension electricity tower has been established over the land of the petitioner bearing khasra No. 380/10 and because of the said installation of the tower several trees standing on the land of the petitioner has been damaged or cut down. He further submits that the said representation is still pending and has not been decided by the SDO till date. 2. Learned State counsel submits that if such representation is still pending, the same shall be decided within a period of 3 months from today. 3. Considering the submission made by learned State counsel, Respondent No. 7 (SDO) is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-1) dated 05.04.2022 within 3 months from today. 4.
