Chandra Shekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women Development and Child Welfare for the respondents. 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is against the inaction on the part of the 2'"'^ respondent in disposing of the application filed 07.04.2025 by the petitioner under the. provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2011 before the respondent No.2. Pursuant to the said application, though notices were issued twice to the unofficial respondent Nos.3 & 4, they did not appear. It is contended that the respondent No.2 did not pass orders on the application filed by the petitioner and is a waiting service of notice on the respondents. on 3. When the matter is taken up for admission today, the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondent No.2 has placed a copy of the order passed by the respondent No.2 on 26.07.2025 on the application of the petitioner. 3 Having regard to the same, since, the grievance of the petitioner 4. is addressed, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. In view of the foregoing, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There 5. shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
