ORDER:-
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation dated 29.03.2025 to the 2nd respondent, bringing to the notice of the 2nd respondent, the alleged encroachment by the 3rd respondent in survey No.125/2.
2. It is submitted that though said representation was received by the 2nd respondent on 02.04.2025, no further action has been taken.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.
4. The writ petition is disposed off, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 29.03.2025 and dispose off it in accordance with law.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
