By way of present application, the petitioner has sought modification of order passed by this Court on 06.10.2023 on the gorund that he is facing serious financial constraints.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection in case the order is modified.
Therefore, in view of the averments made in the application and also in view of the no objection made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the application is allowed and order dated 06.10.2023 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall deposit 20% of the compensation amount before the learned trial Court and also furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court within a period of four weeks from today. The
petitioner is stated to be under custody. Therefore, it is made clear that the petitioner shall be released forthwith as and when he complies with the aforesaid
order, if not required in any other case.
The application stands disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present application, therefore, the same is
disposed of as not pressed.
