GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION NO: 19419/2025 The present Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 in failing to implement the final seniority list issued vide C.No.11/A1/2025, dated 13.06.2025 and not promoting the Petitioners as Assistant Sub Inspector of Police as per the said seniority list as illegal and arbitrary. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the Final Seniority List, which was issued on 13.06.2025, was revised on 05.08.2025 vide C.No.11/A1/2025 and objections were called for with regard to the said Seniority List. 3. As the case of the Petitioner is based on the Seniority List dated 13.06.2025, which is now sought to be revised, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed leaving it open to the Petitioner to re-agitate the issue of promotion to the post of Assistant Sub Inspector of Police subject to the outcome of the revised Seniority List, dated 05.08.2025.
