This is an application for withdrawal of amount filed by the original claimants - the land owners, deposited by the respondent National Highways Authority Of India (NHAI). 2. Learned counsel for the applicant states that in an identical matters vide order dated 21.08.2024 passed in Civil Application No. 4100 of 2024 in the Arbitration Appeal No. 37 of 2021 and other connected appeals this Court has permitted the land owners to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited along with accrued interest subject to the land owners furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 3. The learned advocate for the acquiring body/NHAI does not dispute the statement. 4. In view of the aforesaid, civil application is disposed of by permitting the applicants / land owners to withdraw 75% of the amount as deposited by the acquiring body / NHAI along with accrued interest on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 5.
