While it is so some civil disputes arose petitioner and respondents 7 and 14, as such, petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.117 of 2025 as claiming relief of permanent injunction and the same is pending for adjudication on the file of Learned Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Addanki and the Hon'ble court was pleased to pass an Interim Injunction Order dated 22.04.2025 in I.A.No.251 of 2025 in O.S.No.117/2025 in petitioner favour and the same is still in force., as illegal, irregular, irrational and offends Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 not to interfere in any manner with petitioner possession over her aforesaid property. lA NO: 1 OF 2025 is filed praying that in the Petition under Section 151 CPC circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents 2 to 5 not to interfere in any manner with petitioner's possession over her property in an extent of Ac. 1.50 cents of vacant site/dry land bearing Sy.No. 171/1 and later sub divided as 171/1A9A, and having acquired the same vide document No.6120 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025, situated in Santhamaguluru Village and Mandal, Bapatia thereof to the custody of District nor insist her to deliver the possession respondents 7 to 14, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed written instructions on record, received from the Tahsildar, to the effect that the Tahsildar, Santhamagulur, or his staff never interfered with the subject land. 3.
