Appeal No.2515/2022 which was dismissed vide order dated 15.07.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) in furtherance to the peremptory order dated [2025:RJ-JP:18259] (2 of 2) [CRES-834/2024] 25.01.2024 for want of curing the defect/s pointed by the Registry. In view of the submissions made by counsel for the applicant and the reasons given in the application for restoration, this Court deems just and proper to allow the application. However, the restoration application is hereby allowed and the S.B. Civil Misc.
