Perused the papers on record. 2. The Taluka Supply Officer [Inspector] received information that, the food grains meant for a Ration Shop / Fair Price Shop were being transported in one Tempo in normal gunny bags. The said Tempo was intercepted, and the said gunny bags were seized. The said seized food grains were sent to the Government godown. On the basis of his report, the Crime No.0691/2025 came to be registered with Newasa Police Station, District Ahilyanagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 6-C, 7 and 8 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955. 1 2025:BHC-AUG:29852 934-ABA-1446-2025.odt 3. The Applicant is a Sales Manager of Onkar Mahila Bachat Gut, which runs the Fair Price Shop situated at Suregaon. The police papers show that, after the said Tempo was intercepted, the gunny bags were seized, and the food grains were taken into custody by the concerned Department of the Government. This is the only case of the Prosecution. The investigation is almost complete. In this view of the matter, the Applicant is protected by the following order: ORDER [I] Anticipatory Bail Application is hereby allowed. [II] In the event of arrest of the Applicant, namely, Gowardhan Kundalik Kale, in connection with Crime No.0691/2025, registered with Newasa Police Station, District Ahilyanagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 3, 6-C, 7 and 8 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing P.B. of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only), with one surety in the like amount, on the following conditions: [a] The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station from 27th to 29th October, 2025 between 10:00 a.m. to 02:00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer and shall co- operate with the Investigation. [b] The Applicant shall not tamper with the Prosecution evidence in any manner. [III] The Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly disposed off. [NEERAJ P.
