GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 ORDER:- The petitioners are aggrieved by the actions of respondent Nos.2 to 5 in interfering with their possession and enjoyment of the plots in Survey No.38. It is submitted that the plots were allotted by the 4th respondent under the Ex- Serviceman Colony. It is further submitted that respondent Nos.2 to 5 are now trying to dispossess the petitioners without following due process of law. 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the 4th respondent, on written instructions submits that the 4th respondent is not interfering with the petitioners’ possession and submits that any proposal to dispossess the petitioners from their possession by following the due process of law. 3. Recording the same, the respondents shall follow due process of law in the event any steps are taken against the properties which are allotted to the petitioners. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
