Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr B Sarma, appearing on behalf of the State of Assam, has submitted that the charge sheet in the matter has been submitted before the Trial Court vide C.S. No. 402/2025, dated 23.11.2025. 3. On such submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought for permission to withdraw this application in its present form to approach the learned Trial Court with an appropriate application. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5. Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with a liberty to approach the learned Trial Court with an appropriate application for bail, which shall be considered on its own merits. 6.
