The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer: “To quash the entire proceeding against the petitioner/respondent is concerned in Crl.Misc.No.184/2022 pending on the file of Civil Judge and JMFC, Yelburga filed under Section 22 and 23 of Domestic Violence Act in the interest of justice and equity and grant such other reliefs as deemed fit in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at length, would restrict his submission to a direction to the concerned Court to dispose the petition within a time frame, as the matter is at the stage of evidence. The submission merits acceptance. 3.
