She submits that petitioner was earlier granted regular bail on merits in the present case and for reasons beyond his control, he could not appear before trial court. Therefore, the trial court may be directed to consider the petitioner's regular bail application on the same day. 2. The submission is placed on record. Petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
