By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial reliefs: "A. a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus, commanding the respondents, specifically the respondent no.3/ Superintendent of Police, Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited, Shakti Bhawan, Lucknow to sanction and release the Medical Reimbursement to the petitioner for Rs. 6,61, 119/- (Rupees Six Lacs, Sixty One Thousand One Hundred and Nineteen) for which he is legally entitled." 3. It transpires that certain objections were raised in the letter written to the Superintendent-II Power Corporation, Shakti Bhawan, Lucknow. 4. Let the matter be examined by the competent authority in the matter namely respondent No. 3 and pass appropriate orders upon the pending claim of medical reimbursement moved by petition. The appropriate decision shall be taken in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible within a period of two months from the receipt of certified copy of this order.
