Page No.# 2/2 The present application has been filed under Section 5 of the Indian Limitation Act for condoning the delay of 72 days in preferring the connected criminal revision petition. The said criminal revision petition is preferred for custody of a vehicle bearing registration No. AS15V250 and non-judicial stamp paper. The learned counsel for the applicant had narrated the reasons of delay in paragraph No. 3 of the petition, in which it is stated that the petitioner due to illness, could not consult the legal practitioner during the relevant time and it is only after the recovery from the illness that the petitioner came to Guwahati, consult the lawyer, went back home and handed over the relevant files to the counsel, which resulted in a delay. It was further stated that the preparation took some time and 72 days delay was caused. This Court is satisfied with the reasons narrated in the said petition and deems it fit that the delay of 72 days be condoned for the ends of justice. Registry may register the Criminal Revision Petition. The instant Interlocutory Application is disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
