ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the order dated 30.05.2025 whereunder the authorization of the petitioner’s fair price shop No.1334044 of Ayyaluru village, Nandyal Mandal, Nandyal District (Kurnool), was suspended pending enquiry till the disposal of Section 6-A proceedings initiated by the Collector (CS), Nandyal. Initially, the 2'"'^ respondent suspended the authorization of the petitioner on 26.09.2024 alleging that he has committed certain irregularities. On the same day, a notice was also issued to him calling for explanation. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted explanation. It is further case of the petitioner that questioning the suspension order dated 26.09.2024, he preferred writ petition vide W.P.No.4842 of 2025 and after hearing the parties, the said writ petition was disposed of vide order dated 24.02.2025 directing the 2^^ respondent herein to complete the enquiry as per law within one month from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. It is the specific case of the petitioner that inspite of direction of this Court in the said writ petition, without completing the enquiry, in terms of the orders passed by this Court, the 2^^ respondent for the reasons best known to him, passed the impugned order dated 30.05.2025 again

4 TCDS,J W.P.No.l9236of2025 suspending the authorization of the petitioner, questioning the same the present writ petition is filed. On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies would submit that the 2^^^ respondent inadvertently passed
order under challenge.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having heard the submissions of the counsel on either side, this Court is of the opinion that the 2'''^ respondent without completing the enquiry as per the order dated 24.02.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4842 of 2025, again suspended the authorization of the petitioner, which is contrary to the directions given by this Court in the earlier writ petition. In view of the same, the impugned order dated 30.05.2025 is set aside and the 2"^^ respondent is directed to comply the directions given in W.P.No.4842 of 2025.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is allowed. There shall be no
order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
