Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is employed in the year 1993 on the post of Upper Division Teacher, and presently posted as Headmaster at Middle School, but till date, she has not been provided the first and second time bound pay scale, for which she is entitled from 01.04.2006 and 10.07.2013 respectively. She made her representation for the same to the respondent No.3 on 30.01.2025, but till date, her representation has also not been considered by the respondent No.3, and therefore, he may be directed to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner, within the stipulated time frame.
3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State has no objection, if such a direction is being given to the respondent No.3 to decide the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within the stipulated time frame.
4. Considering the limited submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2025 (Annexure P/5), in accordance with law, on its own merits, in view of the applicable rules and circulars holding the field, within 04 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order to the respondent No.3 within 02 weeks from today.
