LATE SRINIVASULU, AGED 30 YEARS, OCC AGRICULTURE OFFICER (A.O), R/O.H.NO.73, MALLAREDDY URBAN COUNTY, ST.JOSEPH COLLEGE BACKSIDE, NANDIKOTKUR ROAD, KURNOOL, KURNOOL DISTRICT. ...RESPONDENT(S): SRS,J W.P.No.19185 of 2025 Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondent No. 3 and 4 herein in issuing the notices dated 07.05.2025 and 23.06.2025 while the subject matter is pending before the Hon ble High court in A.S.No. 405 of 2009 and directing the petitioners to produce the original documents i.e., register documents and pattadar pass books etc., relating to the land in Sy.No. 369A and 369B situated at Mandlem village and land in Sy.No. 159/2 to an extent of Ac. 8.10 cents situated at vepanagundia village, Midtur Mandal and in and land Sy.No. s 610,611,635,637,638 and 630 to an extent of Ac.17.67 cents situated at chowtkur village, midtur Mandal failing which they will be proceeded with the revenue records available in their office, as being illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and unconstitutional contrary to the interim orders passed in ASMP.No. 1775 of 2009 in A.S.No. 405 of 2009 dated 05.11.2009 as the same is pending before this Hon ble High court as being illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and unconstitutional and violative of Article 14,19,21 and 300 A of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the notices issued by the respondent no. 3 and 4, while the appeal in A.S.No. 405 of 2009 is pending before this Hon ble court, and to grant such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to suspend the impugned notices issued by the respondent no. 3 and 4 dated 07.05.2025 and 23.06.2025 and also direct the official respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and unofficial respondents, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition, and to pass such Counsel for the Petitioner(S): 1. Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 5 and Sri Ajay, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, for respondents 6 to 8. 2. Notice to respondents 9 to 13 is dispensed with since no adverse order affecting their rights or interest is passed. 3. Impugning the notices dated 07.05.2025 and 23.06.2025 issued by respondents 3 and 4, respectively, the above writ petition is filed. 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions submitted that respondents 3 and 4 dropped further proceedings, in pursuance of the notice issued by respondents 3 and 4 vide Rc.B.174/2025 dated 07.05.2025 and Rc.B/06/2025 dated 23.06.2025, respectively. 5. The submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue is recorded. 6. Given the developments pending the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is accomplished. Hence, no further orders are required in this writ petition. 7. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
