In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.3 to consider his representation dated 23.05.2023 vide Annexure-H. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to form road on Sy.No.26 of *Arani village, * corrected vide Court Order dated 26.09.2025. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:19358 WP No. 13979 of 2023 Hassan taluk, which is adjacent and access to the land belonging to the petitioner. Sy No.26 is a Government land. In this regard, the petitioner has approached the respondent No.3 as per representation dated 23.05.2023 (Annexure-H). 4. Since the aforementioned representation is pending consideration before the respondent No.3, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3 to consider the representation dated 23.05.2023 produced at Annexure-H, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
