ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the Order passed by the 2nd Respondent herein in Proceedings Number Nil dated 28.02.2018 in confirming the Punishment of
“BE REMOVED FROM SERVICE WITH SUPERANNUATION BENEFITS i.e., PENSION AND OR PROVIDENT FUND AND GRATUITY AS WOULD BE DUE OTHERWISE UNDER THE RULES OR REGULATIONS PREVAILING AT THE RELEVANT TIME AND WITHOUT DISQUALIFICATION FORM FUTURE EMPLOYMENT” imposed on the Petitioner by the 3rd Respondent herein in Proceedings No. R.III/001158 dated 08.08.2016 as illegal, arbitrary and set aside the same and consequently direct the Respondents herein to pay the Superannuation benefits of the Petitioner such as Pension Provident Fund Gratuity etc as per the eligibility of the Petitioner forthwith…”
2. Heard Sri Ch.Ajay Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Venkata Rama Rao Kota, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
3. Learned Standing counsel would submit that no cause survives in this matter, since the petitioner received the retirement benefits in the year 2018 and after his death, family pension is granted. Learned Standing counsel placed on record, the proceedings in proof of grant of family pension.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition may be
disposed of recording the same.

5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
