(ii) That writ of mandamus or any other writ, order of direction may kindly be issued directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to organize the Annual Day function in the auditorium of the respondent No.2 on 11th and 12th of October, 2025.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, prays that the permission for conducting the felicitation programme, scheduled to be organized on the eve of Annual Function and Prize Felicitation, which is likely to be held at the auditorium of Post Graduate Degree College, Seema, Tehsil Rohru, as is evident from letter dated 26.07.2025 (Annexure P-4), may be granted to the petitioner. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- 3. In the given circumstances, this Court dispose of the present petition by directing respondent No.2, to permit the petitioner to organize and celebrate the aforesaid Felicitation Programme, scheduled to be organized on 11th and 12th October, 2025, on the eve of Annual Function and Prize Felicitation, in auditorium of Post Graduate Degree College, Seema, Tehsil Rohru, as prayed for.
