Sandhawalia, Chief Justice (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner fairly states that in execution petition No. 26 of 2025 titled as Narayan Dutt Sharma vs. State of H.P. and others and, alongwith connected matters on 23.04.2026, the petitions have been disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach for revival of the execution proceedings after the decision of the Apex court, whereby the issue, as such, of annual increments is still pending. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the Judgment? Yes -2- 2. Resultantly, keeping in view the order dated 23rd April, 2026, the present execution is disposed of on the same terms. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
