Learned Public Prosecutor has placed on record the factual report dated 19.10.2024 which states that petitioner did not appear before the investigating agency. It is also stated that notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was issued to the petitioner and after filing the written reply, petitioner did not turned up. Police has also concluded that offence under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC is made out against the present petitioner alongwith the other co- accused.
