This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for regular bail in connection with NDPS Case No.25/2025 Page No.# 2/2 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Dima Hasao arising out of Mahur P.S. Case No.09/2025 registered under Section 22(c) of the NDPS Act, 1985. The quantity of the contraband recovered is a commercial quantity and it has been submitted at the Bar that the charges have been framed on 17.11.2025. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through the case records. At this stage of the trial, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
