JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR SHARMA ORDER 18.11.2025 Heard Mr. G Bordolai, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. G Deka, learned counsel for the private respondents. By order dated 27.02.2025, a prayer for Zimma of the vehicle was rejected by the learned Court below, in view of the report of the I.O that the vehicle is required for investigation, which was in progress. It appears that the charge- sheet has already been submitted in the case and therefore, investigation is over and the reason earlier shown by the I.O no longer appears to be valid. Hence, the instant revision petition is disposed of, with an observation that the petitioner shall file a fresh application for Zimma of the of the vehicle in question, which shall be considered by the learned Court below, keeping in view the law laid down in this regard by the Hon’ble Supreme Court as well as by the High Court. Accordingly, the revision petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
