No. 18 of 2022 and also order dated 28.03.2025 rendered by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in SLP (Civil) Diary No. 7451 of 2025. Learned senior counsel for the complainant/petitioner, Mr. M. Devananda is present before the Court physically; learned counsel for respondent No. 1, Mr. L. Raju and learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3, Mr. P. Tamphamani are also present before the Court physically. Learned senior counsel for the complainant/petitioner facilitates a copy of order dated 19.06.2025 issued by the Joint Secretary (Home), Government of Manipur, and submits that the respondents/accused being the authority had complied with the aforesaid order dated 18.11.2024 rendered by the Full Bench in W.A.
