1. The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of an appropriate direction commanding upon the respondents for cancellation of sale deed No.6056 dated 23.08.2018 i.e. Annexure 2 series, which was registered in the name of Rina Devi (O.P. No.3), who fraudulently by O.P. Nos.4 & 5, who are land mafias has executed the said sale deed after obtaining the power of attorney by Sahadat Hussain, who happens to be the member of Jamayat Idrishya Lakhe, Hazaribag and the alleged land was in possession of the said Committee since year 1939 and the land is situated in village Jabra under Khata No. 66, Plot No. 1162, area 40 decimals out of which 4 decimals of land was sold out in connivance of O.P. No. 4 to 6 illegally. - 1 - W.P.C No.2141 of 2025

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

disposed of.
