Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions of the Sub- Inspector of Police, Kukunoor Police Station, West Godavari District wherein it is stated that after due investigation, the Police have filed a charge sheet on 19.07.2023 vide C.C.No.999 of 2024 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddigudem. 3. In view of the fact that a charge sheet vide C.C.No.999 of 2024 has already been filed on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangareddigudem, pending the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. 4. Permission as sought for is accorded. Accordingly, this criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to challenge the aforesaid charge sheet, if at all aggrieved by the same.
