As the acceptance of bids for entrustment of supply of contract workers for maintenance of sanitation is for the period of 2014-15. In view of passage of time and changed circumstances; the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for an adjudication by this Court. 3. The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
