Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that the petitioners have since discharged their liability towards the Bank and that the property documents would be released in their favour within ten days from today.
It is further submitted that since the petitioners’ account had been declared as a fraud account, necessary consequences which otherwise entail on that account shall follow.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
