Case No. 81 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 363, 366A, 365, 302 & 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Sushil Kumar Pingua, learned J.M., 1st class, Hazaribag. On 04.05.2024, the son of the informant went missing. Subsequently his dead body was recovered from a well. He had died due to Asphyxia because of drowning. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and co-accused persons that due to previous enmity; they might have committed his murder. Considering the fact that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against the petitioner on record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Sushil Kumar Pingua, learned J.M., 1st class, Hazaribag, or his successor, in connection with Katkamdag P.S.
