Heard the counsel for the applicant. The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 27.4.2024 passed by this Court in Writ - C 13879 of 2024. A compliance affidavit was filed by the Standing Counsel on behalf of the opposite party which is on record. The compliance affidavit discloses that proceedings registered before the opposite party under Sections 34/35 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 have been decided by order dated 21.3.2025. The order dated 21.3.2025 has also been annexed with the affidavit. The aforesaid fact that the order passed by this Court has been complied by the opposite party is also accepted by the counsel for the applicant. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged.
