The present application has been filed alleging wilful and deliberate violation to the order passed by this Court dated 08.08.2024 in WP(C) No.3590/2024. 3. This Court has duly perused the said order dated 08.08.2024 whereby directions were given to the Respondents therein to make payment of an amount of Rs.12,07,196/- within a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order. 4. From a perusal of the materials on record, it is seen that the Petitioner issued communication on 06.09.2025 and the same was received only on 10.09.2025 as would be apparent from the track consignment report enclosed to the instant application. 5. In that view of the matter, it is the opinion of this Court that the instant contempt application is premature and cannot therefore be acted upon. 6. Accordingly, the instant contempt application stands dropped. 7. Liberty however is given to the Petitioner to again approach this Court in the circumstance the order dated 08.08.2024 passed in WP(C) No.3590/2024 remains uncomplied with beyond the period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order.
