This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer; "(i) issue an order or direction, in exercise of power under Article 227 Constitution of India, directing the Principal Judge, Family Court, Baghpat for expeditious disposal of Divorce Petition No. 561 of 2023 (Abhinav Versus Kunika) under section 13 Hindu Marriage Act, in a time bound period." 2. Petitioner before this Court has filed a suit under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking divorce from the respondent, which is pending consideration before Principal Judge, Family Court, Baghpat. 3. Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act provides for time frame for disposal of matrimonial disputes and, as such, no separate directions are required by this Court. The Court below to comply the provisions of Section 21-B of Hindu Marriage Act. 4. With the aforesaid observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
