At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his instruction the proceeding initiated under Section 3 of Bihar (now Jharkhand) Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 being Land Encroachment Case No. 11 of 2022-23 has been dropped, as such necessary order may be passed. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents supports the aforesaid contention and submits that the said case being Land Encroachment Case No. 11 of 2022-23 has been dropped; as such the case may be disposed of. 3. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions at bar, nothing survives to be adjudicated; accordingly, the instant writ application stands disposed of. (Deepak Roshan, J.)
