The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Main P.S. Case No. 113 of 2022 lodged on 27.10.2022, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 325, 307, 447, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that it is the second anticipatory bail, on which Counsel for the State vehemently opposes and submits that second anticipatory bail can be entertained only in the changed circumstances but no change circumstance has been pleaded in the application. 3. As such, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Main P.S. Case No. 113 of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23301 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 2022 pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M.-2nd, Gaya. Therefore, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
