Singh, CGC :- Ms. Chandana, AC to ASGI ---- 04/22.07.2025 The prayer in the petition is made for setting aside of the impugned order dated 14.09.2021 passed by learned Railway Claims Tribunal in Case No. EXA/RNC/2017/0053 whereby the prayer of the petitioner for execution of the order dated 11.05.2018 passed by High Court in M.A. No.122 of 2017 for the payment of interest has been rejected by the learned Tribunal. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue in question has already been decided by this Court in batch of C.M.P. being C.M.P. No.2 of 2025 with others by order dated 15.07.2025. 3. Mr. Anil Kumar, learned ASGI appearing for the Union of India also accepts the said submission. 2025:JHHC:20061 --2-- C.M.P. No. 616 of 2025 4. In view of the above, this petition is being disposed of in light of order passed in batch of C.M.P. being C.M.P. No.02 of 2025 with others by order dated 15.07.2025.
