With the consent of both the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of at the state of admission. The grievance of the petitioners is that the 2^^ respondent is not 2. disposing of the I.A.No.375 of 2025 in O.A.No.78 of 2025, which was filed on 23.04.2025. It is contended that the petitioner No.1 and the other petitioners are joint holders to perform archakatvam in the 1®* respondent -Temple 3. It is contended by the petitioners that they have filed O.A.No.78 of 2025 4. before the Endowments Tribunal seeking a declaration that they are the legal heirs and successors of their paternal grandfather. Late Parupudi Krishna I th I V Murthy. It is stated that they have inherited his interest in respect of 8/48 share, pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 22.09.1979 in O.S.No.18 of 1969 on the file of II Additional Subordinate Judge, Vijayawada. The petitioners thus filed the O.A.No.78 of 2025 for a declaration that they are nd entitled to perform archakatvam and to manage the affairs of the 2 respondent’s institution. Along with the said O.A., the petitioners have also filed I.A.No.375 of 2025 under Rule 26(b)(1) of the A.P.
