This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking quashing of the FIR No.126/2019 registered at Police Station Ramganj, District Ajmer for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 120-B of I.P.C. 2. Learned Deputy Government Advocate submits the factual report dated 22.05.2023, which is taken on record. 3. As per the said report, it is stated that in pursuance of the investigation in the impugned FIR, negative final report has been submitted before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.5, Ajmer. 3.
