In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
"a) Quash the entire proceedings in Crime No.90/2021 registered by the Amruthur police in C.C.No.9/2024 based on the P.C.R. No.8/2021 filed by the respondent No.2 and for the alleged offences punishable u/s 406, 408, 409, 420, 468, 471, 204 r/w 34 of IPC against the petitioner as illegal;
b) Issue such other orders or direction/s as may be deemed fit to grant, including cost of the case, in the view of facts and circumstances of this above case in the interest of justice and equity."

2. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since charge sheet has been filed, the petitioner would file an application seeking discharge in C.C.No.9/2024 pending on the file of the trial Court and the present petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to seek discharge/file an application for discharge which may be directed to be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law. Submission is placed on record.
3. The petition stands disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to seek discharge/file an application for discharge, which shall be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law.
