(Oral) This order of mine shall dispose of the above writ petitions as they arise from a similar sake of brevity, the facts are taken from CWP The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 the Constitution of India with a prayer for issuance of in the nature of certiorari for quashing 13.06.2023 passed by the Executive Officer Municipal Council Fazilka (Annexure P-10) vide which claim for grant of pension benefits to the petitioner in terms of “The Punjab Municipal E Provident Funds Rules, 1994” has been rejected and further for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant and release the pension along with other retiral benefits from the date of their retir payment with interest @ 18% per annum. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner(s) wishes to withdraw the civil writ petition(s) with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. In view of the above, all the five dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid miscellaneous application(s), if any, HARPREET SINGH BRAR for the petitioner. AAG, Punjab.
