Venkat Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Divya Teja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents 1 to 4. Notice to respondent No.5 is dispensed with since no adverse order affecting his right or interest has been passed. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.5, at the behest of respondents 2 to 4 is interfering with the petitioner’s property in an extent of Ac.4-82 cents in survey No.474-3, of Yenumalapalli village, Puttaparthi Mandal, Sri Sathya Sai District, despite order of injunction dated 07.02.2025 passed in I.A.No.108 of 2025 in O.S.No.33 of 2025 on the file of learned Junior Civil Judge, Puttaparthi. 3. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the subject land was assigned to the petitioner by the Tahsildar, Puttaparthi, vide D.A.R. SRSJ W.P.No.l9177of 2025 T- j Dis.No.162/1417 dated 18.01.2008. Respondent No.4 updated Record of Rights (ROR) and issued a Pattadar Passbook (Ex.PIO) to the petitioner. The ROR, dated 19.02.2025 (Ex.P8) discloses the name of the petitioner. Learned counsel would further submit that when respondent No.5 tried to interfere with the petitioner’s possession in respect of the subject property, the petitioner filed O.S.No.33 of 2025 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Puttaparthi. Along with the suit, the petitioner also filed I.A.No.108 of 2025, and an injunction was granted on 07.02.2025. The order of injunction is subsisting as of today. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondents 2 to 4 are not supporting respondent No.5, and the official respondents are not interfering with the petitioner’s possession. 5. The submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue is recorded. 6. Given the submissions of learned counsel on either side, this writ is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing respondents 2 to 4 not to interfere with the possession of the subject property, Ac.4-82 cents in survey No.474-3, of Yenumalapalli village, Puttaparthi f^andal, Sri Sathya Sai District, without following due process of law.
