This interlocutory application has been filed by the petitioner for rectification of the clerical mistake in mentioning the police station case number in the order dated 05.09.2025 in Bail Application No. 2663/2025 whereby the petitioner was allowed to approach the Trial Court after examination of the victim girl. 4. Though, the learned counsel for the petitioner is absent, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that in Paragraph No. 2 of the aforesaid bail order instead of mentioning the relevant Police Station case number as Gossaigaon P.S. Case No. 506/2021 it has been stated therein that as Gossaigaon P.S. Case No. 506/2025. 5. I have perused the records of Bail Application No. 2663/2025. 6. It appears that the aforesaid error has been crept in the said order due to inadvertent typographical mistake and same required to be rectified. 7. As such, this interlocutory application is allowed and it is directed that the mention of mention of police station case number i.e., Gossaigaon P.S. Case No. 506/2025 in Paragraph No. 2 of the aforesaid order shall be read as Gossaigaon P.S. Case No. 506/2021. 8. This interlocutory application is accordingly disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
