ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue any writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in not registering the crime basing on my report Dt. 14- 02-205 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to register a crime basing on my report Dt. 14-02-2025 and to pass.…”
2. Heard Sri Y.Shashank, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not registering the crime basing on the report of the petitioner dated 14.02.2025.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that a crime in Crime No.193 of 2024 has been registered for the offences punishable under Section 118(1), 329(3), 126(2), 351(3) r/w 3(5) of BNS.
5. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
