By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- 10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records of the departmental enquiry concerning the case of the petitioner from the respondent authorities leading to passing of impugned order of removal from service by awarding punishment compulsory retirement. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in nature of certiorari quashing and setting-aside the impugned order dated 13.12.2024 (ANNEXURE P/1) in the larger interest of justice. 10.3 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 13.12.2024 passed by respondent no. 3 and direct the respondent authorities to reinstate the petitioner in service with full back wages and consequential benefits. 10.4 Any other relief(s) that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to grant in the facts and circumstances of this case.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there lies an 3 alternative remedy to file an appeal and he seeks permission of this Court to withdrawn this petition with liberty to file an appeal before respondent No. 2- The Director General of Police, Chhattisgarh Police. He is further praying that the respondent No. 2- The Director General of Police, Chhattisgarh Police may be directed to decide his appeal which he is going to be filed within some stipulated time. He further submits that he will file the appeal within seven days. 3. No objection from other side. 4. Accordingly, the respondent No. 2- The Director General of Police, Chhattisgarh Police is directed to decide the appeal within a period of two months. 5.
